Concordia Village has four guest suites for visiting residents’ families, and other overnight guests
- Two in Building I located at 1125 Molson Street
- Two in Building III located at 1105 Molson Street
Reservations can be made by calling Concordia Village at 204-667-6479, and entering either ext. 5221 or ext. 5222 when prompted by our voice messaging system, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There is no Sunday coverage at the front desks for making reservations.
Guest suite rental fee is $78 per night and includes a continental breakfast for two in our Dining Rooms.

- Check out time is 11:00 am
Payment is made (preferably by credit card) at the front desk upon arrival.
Guest suites include:
- Queen bed
- Television with Shaw cable
- Wireless internet access
- Mini refrigerator
- Coffee maker/kettle
- Telephone for local calls only
- Private bathroom and closet
There are no ice, snack, or drink machines available on premises.
Breakfast: 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
Dinner: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

Dinner: 4:00 pm – 5:00pm or 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Concordia Village is a non-smoking building and has a scent free and no-pet policy.
Guest Suite Cancellations
Reservation Cancellation – Concordia Village guest suite reservations should be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Consideration will be given for inclement weather, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
No Show Charge – Concordia Village will charge one night’s rent of $78.00 to the credit card # on file for a reservation that fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date, and has not been cancelled or changed by the guest at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
Reservation Rental Refund – A guest suite rental refund will not be reimbursed, whereby a guest fails to notify Concordia Village by 11:00 a.m. of same day, about a last minute change to their reservation. Consideration will be given to uncontrollable circumstances i.e. a patient’s release from hospital.
