Concordia Hip & Knee Institute, a three storey building located at 1155 Concordia Avenue, was established in 2008. The building consolidates much of the pre-surgical work associated with hip and knee joint replacements, including screening and pre-hab. Building tenancies also include, on the 1st floor, Concordia Health Associates, Shoppers Drug Mart; on the 2nd floor, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority; and on the 3rd floor, the Concordia Joint Replacement Group, and the Orthopaedic Innovation Centre.

We’re excited to announce that Concordia Village 5, our newest addition to the Concordia Village community, will open in less than a year! This seven-storey building will feature 175 thoughtfully designed assisted living units, built to the highest standards of comfort and care.
Experience compassionate care in a vibrant, supportive community. Our assisted living home is dedicated to promoting wellness, independence, and a true sense of belonging. We provide services such as meals, light housekeeping, recreation and spiritual programs.
Concordia Village 5 is being built to exceed energy efficiency standards by over 25%, helping us create a more sustainable future. The building also features 100% accessible common areas, ensuring every resident can fully enjoy our shared spaces with ease and comfort.
A highlight will be the city view lounge and café located on the top floor. Surrounded by windows on all sides, it offers stunning panoramic views of the city — the perfect spot to relax, socialize, or enjoy a snack and beverage.

Concordia Village IV
Concordia Village IV at 1055 Molson Street, is an integrated affordable housing project managed by Eden Health Care Services (EHCS).

Located at 1105 Molson, Concordia Village III features spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units with kitchens, ample storage, and private balconies. Units are fully accessible for those with special mobility needs. Residents also have full control over heating and air conditioning in their suites. Many suites come with walk-in shower stalls and in-suite laundry. Front door security features a CCTV system connected to each living unit.
Affordability is a focus for Concordia Village. Rent includes amenities such as continental breakfast and a dinner meal, weekly housekeeping, daily garbage collection, utilities, on-site building administration and maintenance, and a personal security device provided by Victoria Life Line included in the monthly charge.
Concordia Village is surrounded by professionally landscaped park-like grounds with walking paths. Plenty of parking is available for residents and guests.
