Concordia Wellness Projects Inc. (CWPI) was founded in 2004 as a non-profit, registered charitable organization located on The Concordia Campus. CWPI oversees Concordia Villages I, II, III, the Concordia Hip & Knee Institute building and has partnered with Manitoba Housing and Eden Health Care Services in their management of Concordia Village IV. Concordia Village V is currently under construction with 175 assisted living and apartment units being added.
Since we opened our doors in February 2006, Concordia Village has been dedicated to the wellness of seniors in our community providing assisted living services to over 300 independent seniors living in 285 suites at Concordia Villages I, II, and III. Concordia Village was established for seniors seeking affordable accommodation. Residents enjoy services and features such as daily home cooked meals, an on-site Chaplain providing spiritual care, an on-site Registered Nurse, a 300 seat Village Centre, laundry equipment, housekeeping, Victoria Lifeline and recreational activities – all part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent and healthy living. Our team at Concordia Village is committed to service you with compassion and respect, striving to make your living experience a great one!
Concordia Hip & Knee Institute is a three-storey building which houses health-related commercial tenants such as Shoppers Drug Mart, the Concordia Health Associates doctor’s clinic and the Concordia Joint Replacement Group.
