CONCORDIA WELLNESS PROJECTS INC. (CWPI) is a registered charity that was founded in 2004 as the parent of Concordia Village and Concordia Hip & Knee Institute, both of which are located near Concordia Hospital, Concordia Place, and the Concordia Foundation.
Concordia Village provides assisted living services to over 300 independent seniors living in 285 suites at Concordia Villages I, II and III. Concordia Village was established for seniors seeking affordable accommodation. Residents enjoy services and features such as daily home cooked meals, an on-site Chaplain providing spiritual care, an on-site Registered Nurse, a 300 seat Village Centre, laundry equipment, housekeeping, Victoria Lifeline and recreational activities – all part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent and healthy living.
Concordia Hip & Knee Institute is a three storey building which houses health-related commercial tenants such as Shoppers Drug Mart, the Concordia Health Associates doctor’s clinic and the Concordia Joint Replacement Group.
Honouring Concordia’s Mennonite heritage and Christian faith foundation, we offer healing and hope, serving the whole person and the whole community, with a spirit of compassion and grace.
