Concordia Village is located on The Concordia Campus. The location is close to a variety of commercial services and public transportation, with easy access to Winnipeg’s growing east-end commercial centre at Lagimodiere Blvd. and Regent Ave. Covered drop-off/pick-up areas are available at all main entrances to welcome visitors and residents.

Welcome Home

Entering any one of the three buildings brings you into a large, beautifully-appointed lobby with a fireplace and ample seating areas. Adjacent to the front lobby is a multi-purpose room for activities, and a private dining room for residents and their families to use on special occasions, and the Village Centre for larger groups for spiritual care services and other events. Also located on the main floor of Concordia Village I & II is a spacious and elegant central dining room, with a continental breakfast available each day, and a dinner meal prepared by our own chefs and served each day by friendly and courteous staff.

Residents of Concordia Village also have access to fully-equipped games/exercise rooms, an on-site hair dressing salon, and on-site banking. Four private guest suites are offered for resident’s families and out-of-town visitors. Numerous sitting lounges throughout the three buildings offering residents quiet places for reading or talking with neighbors. For those living on upper floors, the buildings each have two elevators, making getting around very easy.
