Concordia Hip & Knee Institute, a three storey building located at 1155 Concordia Avenue, was established in 2008. The building consolidates much of the pre-surgical work associated with hip and knee joint replacements, including screening and pre-hab. Building tenancies also include, on the 1st floor, Concordia Health Associates, Shoppers Drug Mart; on the 2nd floor, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority; and on the 3rd floor, the Concordia Joint Replacement Group, and the Orthopaedic Innovation Centre.

Concordia Wellness Projects is pleased to announce Concordia Village V is now under construction!
The Concordia Village community will expand once again with the construction of a new seven storey building. The building will be comprised of 175 residential units, with approximately two thirds designated as assisted living and the remaining third as apartments.
The period of construction is approximately 2.5 years, with occupancy anticipated in early 2026. There are plans to build an adjoining health and fitness centre and additional apartments at a later date.
Concordia Village V will be constructed and finished to a high standard, incorporating many modern design trends. The building will be concrete construction, with high speed elevators, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter tops. CV5 with feature a recreational “Sky Lounge”, located on the top floor with windows on all sides and offering great views of the City.
The building will exceed energy code by over 25% and have 100% accessible common areas.

Concordia Village IV
Concordia Village IV at 1055 Molson Street, is an integrated affordable housing project managed by Eden Health Care Services (EHCS).

Located at 1105 Molson, Concordia Village III features spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units with kitchens, ample storage, and private balconies. Units are fully accessible for those with special mobility needs. Residents also have full control over heating and air conditioning in their suites. Many suites come with walk-in shower stalls and in-suite laundry. Front door security features a CCTV system connected to each living unit.
Affordability is a focus for Concordia Village. Rent includes amenities such as continental breakfast and a dinner meal, weekly housekeeping, daily garbage collection, utilities, on-site building administration and maintenance, and a personal security device provided by Victoria Life Line included in the monthly charge.
